RUN 4 FREEDOM VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Run 4 Freedom 5K! This year's run will be on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Shelley Altmeyer Park: 311 W. Emma St., Rockford, WA.

FEE SCHEDULE:

Non-Profits: Free booth space. Donated basket to our fundraising raffle requested but not required.

Artisan/Crafter Vendor: $35 Fee plus donated basket or certificate to our fundraising raffle. Reserved for vendors selling primarily handmade, handcrafted, or personally designed products. At least 75% of items offered for sale must be created, produced, or significantly customized by the vendor.

Commercial Business Vendor: $75 Fee plus donated basket or certificate to our fundraising raffle. Reserved for businesses, organizations, retailers, and service providers promoting or selling commercially manufactured products, professional services, on-site prepared offerings. This includes local businesses, food trucks, direct sales representatives, franchises, and companies marketing products, services, or brand awareness.

Please note: Helping Captives reserves the right to determine the appropriate vendor category for each application and may limit duplicate vendors to provide a diverse shopping experience for attendees.Vendors will receive a minimum of 10ft of frontage space. Vendors in need of more space may request additional space at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
