Caleb is the Founder and CEO of Helping Captives, Bikers Helping Captives, and the Altmeyer Evangelist Association. Caleb has over a decade of Ministry and Non-Profit Executive Leadership experience, enjoys anything fast and loud, and spending time with his kids.

Randy Altmeyer Founder/Chaplain
Randy is the co-founder and chaplain of Helping Captives. Randy Altmeyer was the Union Gospel Mission Men's Director before retiring, and has 40+ years experience in ministry with abused men and women in Spokane, WA. He enjoys riding horses and his motorcycle, and any form of physical competition.

Anja Khoma Chief Program Officer

Anja is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Professional Counseling. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and belongs to the National Board of Certified Counselors. Anja has worked in community mental health since 2017 with a special interest in treating complex PTSD. Anja has a passion to see women restored through the blending of therapy, education, mentoring, and showing them the love of Jesus Christ.

Nancy Seefeld Donor Relations

Nancy has been working in the non-profit world for over 10 years. She has a Bachelors in Social Work & many years of community engagement experience through both professional recruiting & sales in the corporate world, volunteer development with nonprofits and involved locally & socially through recovery groups, churches and other organizations.  She is a survivor of suicide loss associated with sex-trafficking and has a deep passion to make an impact through her relationships bringing hope to women who have been abused through the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

Shelley Engle Executive Administrator

Shelley has an extensive background in executive administration with an educational focus in Business Management. During her 25 year employment with the State of Washington she served in human resource, project management, leadership and executive support roles. She also has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, serving as a board member and event coordinator at a Christian school. Shelley has a special place in her heart for foster families and young families who are in the military. She believes in the urgency of getting Jesus to people, and getting people to Jesus, believing we are all called to make a difference.

Beth Molina Thrift Store Manager

Beth has an extensive background in retail management. Her previous experience includes ten years with Nordstrom Rack and managing the Union Gospel Mission Thrift Store for three years.  Beth has a passion for serving people and loving Jesus.

Della Barthel Volunteer Coordinator & Facilities

Della has been involved in ministry for over 20 years and has been an integral part of Helping Captives since 2015, fulfilling numerous positions, including managing the Food Bank for 6 years. Part of her background includes her ministerial role as a Chaplain in the Seattle area for almost a decade. She has also successfully overseen large groups of volunteers and managed programs for children's ministry with over 2,000 in attendance. She has the ability to direct large groups, has remarkable organizational skills, and loves to serve her community. She has been married for 43 years, has a heart for hurting people, and is always willing to pray with those in need.

Tiffaney Paris Graphic Design & Marketing

Tiffaney Paris is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelors in Visual Communication Design. She has many years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and marketing.  Her background also includes education in Elementary, High School, and College level in Art, Special Education, and Business Technology. Her heart is to see others transformed by the restorative power of Jesus through the healing only He can bring.
